What to expect

Why it's 45 minutes

We spend the first part learning how your clinic runs. The rest is the platform, live, doing the things you told us matter.

Your specialty, your model

Tell us your specialty and model. We'll demo the workflows that matter to you: cash-pay, hybrid, mobile, or in-network.

Ask anything, live

Pricing, migration, integrations, billing workflows. Bring your questions. Our team knows PT software cold.

No commitment required

No credit card, no contract, no pressure. Just a clear look at whether PtEverywhere is the right fit.

"I have used PtEverywhere for the past 6 months and it's been a breath of fresh air from my prior documentation company. As a small start up it is cost effective while providing all the services I need to schedule, document, bill, and provide telehealth seamlessly. Their customer service is outstanding."

Common questions

How long is the demo?

About 45 minutes. We use the first part to understand your practice: your model, your specialty, how you bill, where the admin time goes. Then we show you the platform doing those specific things, with room for your questions. We have tried running it shorter, and it just means guessing at what matters to you.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing required. It helps to know your practice model (cash-pay, hybrid, in-network) and specialty so we can tailor the walkthrough, but we can figure that out live too.

What if I'm currently on a different platform?

We help you migrate. Send us your data export and our onboarding team brings in patients, appointments, and history. Most clinics are up and running within 48 hours.
