Meet Paige, Your AI Assistant
Paige knows your clinic: settings, schedule, and patients. Ask a question and it answers from your own data. Ask it to move an appointment or set something up and it does that too, then hands you the change to approve. Not a help center. Your clinic's own AI assistant.
What your AI assistant does
Ask anything. Paige looks up the answer in your own data and takes you to the right place.
Navigates the App for You
Ask "how do I set up a package?" and Paige opens the exact screen and walks through the steps for your clinic's configuration. No hunting through menus. Just ask and go.
Your Daily Briefing
Ask Paige "what should I focus on today?" and get a briefing on the day: today's schedule, who hasn't confirmed, provider availability gaps, and anything that needs attention before the first patient walks in.
Patient Lookups in Seconds
"Pull up [patient name]'s chart." "Show me their last three appointments." "Did they pay their last invoice?" Paige finds the patient, pulls the context, and opens the chart in one step.
Diagnoses Config Problems
"Why are my reminders going out in the wrong timezone?" "Is online booking set up correctly?" Paige checks your actual configuration, identifies the issue, and takes you to the exact setting to fix it.
Surfaces Unfinished Work
Ask Paige for a list of unfinalized notes and jump straight into each one. Look up ICD codes without leaving the chart. Start a voice dictation session with a single command.
Greets New Users
First time in PtEverywhere? Paige greets every new user automatically and walks them through setup for their role. Most clinics are running in under an hour.
Paige doesn't only find things now. It sets them up.
Configuration is the part of any platform that eats an afternoon: a new membership tier, a price change, working out which provider offers what at which location. Paige now does that work through conversation, so you describe what you want instead of walking through six settings screens to build it.
Nothing happens without you. When a request could apply to several providers, locations, or services, Paige shows you a multi-select and asks rather than guessing. Every change comes back as a confirmation for you to approve before it is applied.
"Create a membership at $99 a month."
Builds the membership and sets its price, then shows you the result to approve.
"Add [provider] to the lumbar rehab service at the downtown location."
Shows a multi-select of providers and locations so the right allocation is applied.
"Which providers are active right now?"
Lists your active providers before you allocate anything to them.
"Remove [service] from the north clinic."
Strips the allocation without leaving duplicates behind.
"Set up a standard 6-visit package."
Creates the package and its pricing from one sentence.
Paige can read your charts and clinical records and take you straight to them, but it can't change them. Setup, configuration, and scheduling are the first areas where Paige can make changes, and we're adding others one at a time as each is tested.
Ask about your schedule instead of checking it.
The schedule is where most clinic friction lives. Paige puts your schedule data at arm's reach: no switching tabs, no digging through calendar views.
"What does my schedule look like today?"
A briefing on the day: who's confirmed, who hasn't, what's coming up.
"Find me an open slot for a new patient this week."
Search available times across providers and services instantly.
"What's [provider]'s availability on Thursday?"
Check a specific provider's open and booked slots without opening the calendar.
"What's our no-show rate this month?"
Pull appointment analytics (cancellation and no-show rates, status breakdowns) in one ask.
"Show me [patient]'s appointment history."
Pull any patient's visits over a date range and open their chart in one step.
Most AI assistants search documentation. Paige knows your clinic.
Generic AI chatbots return the same help article to every user. Paige is built into PtEverywhere and runs within your existing permissions, so it sees your settings, your schedule, and your patient data, nothing more and nothing less. When you ask "why aren't my reminders sending?" you don't get a list of articles to sift through. Paige checks your actual configuration, spots the issue, and takes you to the screen where you fix it.
- Answers reflect your settings and configuration, not generic defaults
- Takes you to the exact screen in the app, no hunting required
- Scoped to your role and permissions; it can't see what you can't see
- Pulls from your real patient, schedule, and billing data
- Runs on AWS Bedrock inside our HIPAA-compliant infrastructure; your data never leaves our controls

Questions about your AI assistant
What can I ask Paige?
Anything about your clinic or the platform. Ask about your schedule, whether a patient has paid, why reminders are going out in the wrong timezone, or how to configure a feature for your practice. Paige answers from your own data and settings, not generic documentation. You can also ask it to do things: book or move an appointment, create a package, set a membership price, or change which services a provider offers at a location.
How is Paige different from a help center or knowledge base?
A knowledge base gives everyone the same documentation. Paige knows your specific clinic: your settings, your patients, your user permissions. Ask how to fix something and Paige takes you to the exact screen and tells you what to do for your setup.
Is Paige available to all users on my account?
Yes. Paige is included in every PtEverywhere subscription at no extra cost. Every team member on your account has access, with answers scoped to their role and permissions.
Does Paige have access to my patient records?
Paige sees the same information you see in your account: your schedule, billing status, and patient records you have permission to access. It works within PtEverywhere's HIPAA-compliant access controls. Nothing is shared outside your account.
Can Paige make changes for me, or only look things up?
Paige can now make setup, configuration, and scheduling changes for you. It books and reschedules appointments, creates standard packages and memberships, sets their prices, adds or removes provider, location, and service allocations, lists your active providers, and updates which services a provider offers at each location. When a request could apply to several providers, locations, or services, Paige shows a multi-select panel and asks you to choose rather than guessing. Every change comes back as a confirmation you approve before anything is applied.
Can Paige book appointments or change a patient's chart?
It can book and reschedule appointments, but it can't change a patient's chart yet. Charting and clinical records stay in your hands. Paige will look them up, summarise them, and take you straight to the right screen, but it will not edit them. Setup, configuration, and scheduling are the first areas where Paige can make changes, and we're adding others one at a time as each is tested.
Is Paige the same as the AI Scribe?
No, they do different jobs. The AI Scribe writes your SOAP notes from voice during a session. Paige is an assistant that works across the whole platform: it finds the right screen for you, answers questions about your clinic, helps with settings, and walks you through onboarding. Both are included.
