Can I run cash-pay and insurance in the same clinic?
Yes, and that is what the hybrid model is for. Insurance and cash-pay patients live in one database rather than two systems, so a patient who moves from one to the other keeps their history, their home exercise program and their portal login.
Do I have to pick one model forever?
