PtEverywhere
For new clinic owners

Opening your own clinic? Talk it through first.

Every therapist who opens a practice runs into the same set of decisions, usually in the wrong order. Spend some time with someone who works on this all day and knows which ones matter first.

What we'll work through

Which model actually fits you

Cash-based, hybrid, in-network, mobile. They carry different economics, different patient volumes and very different weeks. We'll talk about which one fits the practice you want, not the one that sounds best.

What to charge, and what that means

Session rates, packages and memberships, and the arithmetic behind them. What your week has to look like to hit the number you need, before you commit to a rate card.

Billing, credentialing and the calendar

In-house or outsourced, what credentialing does to your opening date, and what has to be lined up before you can send a first claim. This is where most launches slip.

What you need on day one

The software, paperwork and workflows you genuinely need to open, separated from the things you can add once patients are through the door.

This is for you if

  • You're a therapist planning to open in the next year
  • You're weighing cash-based against taking insurance
  • You have a date in mind and want to know if it's realistic
  • You're leaving a clinic and taking the leap solo
  • You've opened the doors and want a second opinion on how it's running
  • You want numbers on paper before you sign a lease

If none of those sound like you, a standard demo is probably the better use of your time.

"I have used PtEverywhere for the past 6 months and it's been a breath of fresh air from my prior documentation company. As a small start up it is cost effective while providing all the services I need to schedule, document, bill, and provide telehealth seamlessly. Their customer service is outstanding."

Before you book

Is this a sales pitch?

It's a conversation about your launch. We'll show you the platform if it's useful to you, and we'll tell you plainly if PtEverywhere isn't the right fit for what you're building. Plenty of these calls end with someone deciding to open later, or differently.

I haven't decided on anything yet. Is it too early?

That's usually the best time. The decisions that are expensive to reverse, your model and your pricing, come first. Once you've signed a lease and set your rates, the conversation is about working around choices you've already made.

Do I need to be a PtEverywhere customer?

No. Most people on these calls are still deciding what to use, or haven't started looking. Come with your questions either way.

What should I have ready?

Nothing formal. A rough sense of when you want to open, whether you're leaning cash-based or insurance, and the questions keeping you up. If you have numbers sketched out, bring them and we'll pressure test them.

What if I'd rather read first?

The Independent PT Clinic Starter Kit covers the same ground in writing, from choosing a model through your first billing cycle. Plenty of people read it first and book afterwards.

Would rather start with the guide?

The Starter Kit walks through model, pricing, billing and launch timeline at your own pace. Come back and book when you have specifics to ask about.
