Pricing questions
Is the AI Scribe really included in every plan?
Yes, in all three plans. AI Scribe included in every plan, no usage caps, no "AI credits" to buy. Your subscription includes unlimited AI-assisted SOAP note drafting. The AI Scribe is not an add-on. It's a core part of the platform.
How does the tiered therapist pricing work?
Your first therapist seat is included in your plan price. Additional therapist seats are priced in brackets: seats 2–5 at $75/month each, seats 6–10 at $60/month each, and seat 11 onward at $50/month each. The calculator above shows your exact total.
What's the non-therapist seat cap?
Non-therapist clinical staff seats (e.g. PT aides, athletic trainers) are $39/month each, but the number of non-therapist seats cannot exceed the number of therapist seats on your account. Admin and receptionist accounts are always free and don't count toward this cap.
What does the RCM add-on include?
Revenue Cycle Management is $39/therapist/month for each therapist who needs it. RCM requires additional setup by our Client Care team. Once you subscribe, we'll reach out to complete onboarding and enable RCM in your account. Setup time varies by case.
What's the difference between Standard and Pro?
Pro adds SMS messaging, Telehealth video sessions, Fax, Premium Integrations, and an Enterprise-tier Wholesale Equipment Discount. Standard covers the full EMR, scheduling, billing, HEP, and AI Scribe with unlimited appointments, which is everything most clinics need.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
